(Poem) “Take A Bow”
My inspiration for writing “Take A Bow” is that everyone is playing a role. I rather sit in a room with an enemy who tells me they are my enemy; than a friend who is not real. -Author Urban Poems-
Now that I know that it’s all fake.. that it’s all an act.. I’m on the battlefield fighting to bring the real one’s back.. let’s talk about trust issues.. if I didn’t have any before, I got them now.. and that’s a fact.. Which is a good thing in this dessert filled with snake attacks.. I’m so disappointed to see leaders are nothing but copy cats.. with no original thoughts on their racks.. I definitely don’t want to talk to a bunch rats.. I gotta ask?.. where the real one’s at?.. social media has created a world where everyone is wearing hats.. no one is doing the inner work when you can just copy where you lack.. I’m getting rid of all fake ones and creating a real stack.. so if you don’t like what I’m saying.. it’s time for you to pack… I don’t feel no remorse for admitting that you’re wack… I gotta ask once again.. where the real one’s at?
All Poetry at Urban Poems are for expression only. This particular poem is titled (Take A Bow). Artistic writing literature provides concentrated awareness; that is imaginative. Some forms of creative text attempt to express truths about life, tell a story, or honor God. In addition many different styles cause difficulty in defining. There are 9 different forms of poetry. What’s more, these forms are Haiku; which is an ancient form of Japanese expressions. There is free verse and it is a modern version. Its meaning is the freedom to write in any form.
Furthermore 14 lines Sonnet writers deal with love. Moreover there is Acrostic, which spells out a name, word, phrase or message with the first letter of each line of the poem. Made up of 19 lines and five stanzas of three lines goes by the name of Villanelle. Limerick creations are funny and at times can be rude. Ode Musically performed pieces are nice on the ears. Particular subject Elegy is clear and direct. Last but not least there is Ballad that typically tells a dramatic emotional story.
