(Poem) “A Place To Cry”
My Inspiration for writing this poem (A Place To Cry) is at times you just have to step away from everyone and cry it out.

Down by the river is where my tears hide.. blending in with the river’s tide.. the river is the place
that I go to cry, hiding away from the eyes of passerbys.. my eyes swell from the thunder of pain
I denied.. here there’s no one to tell me that my worries are benign.. Here, there’s only the catching
of my tears to give me more time. Your gentle flow reminds me to take back what’s mine.
Giving me the courage to untie all binds.. you are my friend when my eyes start to die.
Your silent words are perfect helping me to leave it all behind..
flow away to help the next soul who was needing to align.. truly you are, one of a kind..

Made up of 19 lines and five stanzas of three lines goes by the name of Villanelle. Limerick creations are funny and at times can be rude. Ode Musically performed pieces are nice on the ears. Particular subject Elegy is clear and direct. Last but not least there is Ballad that typically tells a dramatic emotional story.
