(Poem) “Where From Here”
My Inspiration for writing this poem Titled: Where From Here is, I think about how hard things will be for the future generations with how things are going in the world right now.

The direction you fight determines the next generation’s plight. As a baby, three generations ago, I wish I could of spoke – speaking words of life, like “don’t believe the hype.” Time flies so fast, I know that right now the future is being born and starting now, I’m taking their future advice… Voices of the future voicing too easy ain’t too right… The goal is not to fight up or down but instead straight ahead but only being able to by making fairness ripe… Selfish delights reign supreme and as a result corruption unites. Armies fighting civilians and pretending it was a real fight, despite the only thing we ever wanted was access to civil rights. When you are born into a system offended by the thought of freedom; why do you believe you hold the rights to pretend like that’s alright? At this point I don’t even care if you choose to see the light because with everybody fighting down the tension is already too tight. In spite of senseless strife, I suffice. As long as the Most High knows that I tried to be his type.
All Poetry at Urban Poems are for expression only. This particular poem is titled (Where From Here). Artistic writing literature provides concentrated awareness; that is imaginative. Some forms of creative text attempt to express truths about life, tell a story, or honor God. In addition many different styles cause difficulty in defining. There are 9 different forms of poetry. What’s more, these forms are Haiku; which is an ancient form of Japanese expressions. There is free verse and it is a modern version. Its meaning is the freedom to write in any form.
Furthermore 14 lines Sonnet writers deal with love. Moreover there is Acrostic, which spells out a name, word, phrase or message with the first letter of each line of the poem. Made up of 19 lines and five stanzas of three lines goes by the name of Villanelle. Limerick creations are funny and at times can be rude. Ode Musically performed pieces are nice on the ears. Particular subject Elegy is clear and direct. Last but not least there is Ballad that typically tells a dramatic emotional story.
